• A refundable security deposit of £300 is required
  
• Apartment is cleaned on change over day and will be inspected on departure
  
• Sorry but no pets or smoking allowed
  
• Payments to be made in GBP or Euro on request and sent via cheque or internet banking
  
• 25% deposit required on booking and balance paid 6 weeks before departure
• On receipt of signed booking contract apartment is reserved for a period of 3 days
• On receipt of 25% deposit payment reservation is confirmed
• On receipt of balance payment booking is confirmed and apartment details sent out
